When we install your new automated entry system, we offer our automated gate maintenance on a contractual basis.
You can choose between short or long term contracts for your electric gate maintenance and you may receive additional benefits for long term contracts that last several years or more. We can also offer monthly contracts for those customers wanting complete control of their budgets.
All maintenance customers are given a 10% discount on our services.
After the warranty on your gate system runs out,even if we did not install your automated entrance system, you may wish to consider our maintenance contracts for your convenience. We cover all areas in London and the southern home counties from Twickenham to Weybridge and Epsom and more.
It is now a legislative requirement that all commercial moving entrance systems are covered by an effective maintenance agreement. Domestic customers are often also advised by their insurers to have such an agreement in place.
At Simply Electric Gates we offer four maintenance agreements for your consideration, whether or not we installed your system. We are happy to work on systems installed by others and will visit you free of charge to establish that all is in order before we offer you a service contract.
As is customary, all maintenance contracts assume that your system has not been damaged by a third party (e.g. flooding or vandalism).
All of our contracts can be paid for upfront, on an annual basis, or via a monthly standing order set up with your bank, to spread the cost throughout the year and give you control over your yearly maintenance budget.
To comply with regulatory requirements, we keep a file for each customer containing their system configurations. We will make this file available for your insurers should they require it.
